Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Product Trainer – Wealth Products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and enabling new Relationship Managers (RMs) to quickly become profit centers while ensuring they are equipped with knowledge tools and certifications required to serve High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients effectively.

  • Delivering comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products solutions and services tailored for HNI and institutional clientele.
  • Providing continuous support and guidance to new RMs helping them integrate smoothly into their roles and understand product offerings.
  • Monitoring and following up on RMs' progress ensuring they achieve business objectives and become profit centers in the shortest possible time.
  • Assisting RMs in preparing for relevant industry certifications and compliance requirements offering resources study plans and coaching.
  • Teaching RMs effective pitching techniques and client engagement strategies focusing on relationship building trust and value-based selling to HNI and institutional clients.
  • Providing feedback coaching and remedial training where necessary to help RMs overcome challenges and enhance their skills.
  • Collaborating with management to track performance metrics identify gaps and implement corrective action plans to drive results.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proven experience in wealth management financial products or similar domain.
  • Prior experience in training coaching or mentoring teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HNI and institutional client needs and relationship-building strategies.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial products and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with certification requirements and compliance standards within the wealth management industry.
  • Self-motivated result-oriented and passionate about developing others.
