Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance employee engagement by implementing innovative engagement and development initiatives.
  • Drive Learning and Development initiatives across teams.
  • Develop and implement new HR initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
  • Coordinate celebrations for birthdays, festivals, work anniversaries, and company milestones.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Manage employee complaints and grievance redressal in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement new platforms to enhance organizational communication and engagement.
  • Perform a wide variety of human resources and administrative functions.
  • Lead employer branding efforts and manage our online presence.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and employee records.
