Key Linguistic Expert Role

We seek a detail-oriented and analytical linguist to contribute to AI model development, data annotation, and linguistic content creation.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine high-quality language resources for NLP pipelines, including grammar guides, usage explanations, and syntactic analyses.
  • Resolve issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammaticality in AI models and datasets.
  • Perform quality control on model outputs for fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and language appropriateness.
  • Annotate datasets with syntactic, semantic, or pragmatic labels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams by conducting research and summarizing findings.
  • Evaluate model behavior, error patterns, and generalization issues using linguistic knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in linguistic theory and language structure.
  • Experience with computational linguistics, corpus analysis, language data annotation, or LLM training is advantageous.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills are essential.
