Job Title: Observability Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Observability Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our observability platform, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and resilient synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and resilient synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.\
  • Lead the adoption of Dynatrace APM with standardized instrumentation and deployment models.\
  • Define onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on synthetic monitoring.\
  • Integrate observability tooling (Dynatrace) to deliver unified insights.\
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom synthetic monitoring solutions where needed.\
  • Contribute to open-source or internal observability tooling/standards for synthetic monitoring.\
  • Drive documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices.\
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.\
  • Partner with security teams on compliance, threat detection, and governance related to monitoring.\

Required Skills & Experience:

  • \
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.\
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).\
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.\
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.\
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.\
