Project Construction Lead

The position of a Construction Manager is available, requiring an individual with extensive experience in overseeing construction projects from start to finish. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within set timelines and adhering to technical specifications and quality standards.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Managing field office operations and coordinating site activities effectively.
- Liaising with customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborating with Project Managers and Customer teams to resolve day-to-day challenges and optimize project progress.
- Generating regular reports highlighting construction milestones and proposing corrective actions when needed.
- Reviewing and certifying bills of quantity submitted by subcontractors.
Requirements for this position include:
- At least 18 years of proven experience in construction management.
- Relevant BE qualification.
This position demands strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as the selected candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment managing multiple stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines.
