We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Lead to join our team in Noida. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive strategic planning and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and strategic planning of a data center, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and security of infrastructure.
- Supervise data center staff, including technicians, engineers, and contractors, and monitor and report on data center performance, capacity, and uptime.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, security protocols, and internal policies.
- Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex technical issues and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure physical and logical security of the data center, implementing and maintaining access controls, surveillance, and monitoring systems, and conducting regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Data center certifications (e.g., CDCP, CDFOM), ITIL or similar service management certifications, Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+).
- Technical expertise in data center infrastructure, networking, and IT systems, with strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience with data center management tools (e.g., DCIM, monitoring software) and familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
