Senior Product Content Expert

As a content specialist, you will be responsible for ownership and governance of content health scores across Targets Marketplace. You will work closely with the content team to drive content accuracy and relevancy through competitor analysis, benchmarking, and guest insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership and governance of content health scores
- Collaboration with the content team to improve content coverage and effectiveness
- Deep dive analysis of each category to identify opportunities for improvement
- Studying competitor analysis and benchmarking to inform content strategy
- Partnering with internal and external partners to execute content strategy
The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in ecommerce or equivalent, with digital and retail acumen and good understanding of business/digital metrics. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to problem solve and be solution oriented.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
