Job Overview

As a Technology Solutions Developer, you will play a key role in developing innovative technology solutions for emerging industries and products.

  • Interpret system requirements into design specifications to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy technical skills within a cognitive operating system.
  • Translate business requirements into functional technical skills leveraging a low-code/no-code platform.

You will work closely with business analysts and solution architects to understand functional requirements. Your expertise will be applied in designing, configuring, and developing technical skills, integrating the system with multiple data sources, and developing and maintaining test cases.

Additionally, you will collaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability, accuracy, and performance. You will perform unit testing, UAT support, and production deployment of skills, as well as monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing skills for performance and scalability.

Documenting technical designs, configurations, and deployment guidelines is also essential in this role. You will work in an Agile/SAFe environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Professional Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in building technical skills (actions, recommendations, scenarios, workflows).
  • Good understanding of supply chain, planning, or finance domain processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience in data integration, ETL, or APIs is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions are crucial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A technical skill certification (if available) is beneficial, as is experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they are applied within the system is also desirable.

Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation or supply chain projects is highly valued.

This position requires a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in a cognitive operating system and a 15-year full-time education.
