Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize machine settings and inspection algorithms to achieve accurate defect detection with minimum false calls.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of AOI, AXI, SPI systems to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AOI, AXI, SPI technology, industry trends, and best practices.
Customer Support:
  • Act as a technical point of contact for customers, addressing their enquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to technical challenges.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers and technical teams on the setup, operation, and maintenance of AOI, AXI, SPI systems.
  • Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support for AOI, AXI, and SPI systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
Troubleshooting:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to inspection systems, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Documentation:
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, application notes, and troubleshooting guides.
