Job Title: Creative Innovator

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the solutions department to develop and propose value-added, interactive marketing strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to improve current offerings.
  • Work creatively with internal teams to coordinate and execute campaigns for respective brands.
  • Ensure effective communication with the internal team to ensure that clients' timelines are met.
  • Brainstorm with team members to come up with innovative ideas and make decisions for marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging content that is fact-filled, interesting, and appealing to the target audience.
  • Consume all kinds of copy and content and craft effective, engaging content.
  • Propose topical marketing campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.

Requirements:

  • Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop and propose value-added, interactive marketing strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Knowledge of Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Ability to work creatively and coordinate complex projects.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure that clients' timelines are met.
  • Ability to brainstorm with team members to come up with innovative ideas and make decisions for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content that is fact-filled, interesting, and appealing to the target audience.
  • Ability to consume all kinds of copy and content and craft effective, engaging content.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing campaigns and the ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
