Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite with a focus on end-to-end sourcing process design, implementation, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP Ariba solutions across projects.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.
  • Support end-to-end Sourcing projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).
  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sourcing modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing.

Skills: Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules. Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.

Understanding: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points. Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.

Personal Skills: Strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

Knowledge: Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing. Exposure to upstream & downstream Ariba modules.

Previous Experience: Global implementation/rollout projects.
