Musician Opportunity

We are seeking a talented musician to join our creative and performance team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Siliguri, offering an exceptional chance for musical growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform at weddings, concerts, corporate events, and private shows, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
  • Collaborate with fellow musicians, singers, and creative directors to deliver top-class entertainment experiences.
  • Rehearse and prepare music tailored to each event's theme, demonstrating expertise in multiple genres.
  • Maintain instruments and uphold professional performance standards, ensuring technical excellence.
  • Interact with and engage audiences to elevate the event experience, fostering a strong connection.
  • Adapt to different styles based on event requirements, leveraging musical proficiency and creativity.
  • Travel as needed for outstation shows and productions, embracing opportunities for artistic growth.
Requirements
  • Musical Proficiency: Skilled in one or more instruments and/or vocals, with a strong foundation in music theory and technique.
  • Performance Experience: Prior exposure to live events/concerts, with a proven track record of successful performances.
  • Adaptability: Ability to play across multiple genres, from classical to contemporary, and everything in between.
  • Stage Presence: Strong audience connection and charisma, with excellent communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Time management, discipline, and collaborative spirit, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Technical Edge: Familiarity with sound systems and audio gear, preferred but not required, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Degree/certification in Music is a plus, but passion & talent matter most.
