Senior Production Artist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Artist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for working closely with Project Managers, Studio Artists, Clients and QA personnel to deliver high-quality print and digital products.

  • Must have strong communication skills and a clear understanding of the English language to provide effective coordination with clients and internal teams.
  • An outstanding level of production skill is necessary, with the ability to demonstrate good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Lead, mentor and guide junior staff across our team, production partners, agencies and clients.
  • Exceptional knowledge of print processes and methods with the ability to articulate their requirements and use that knowledge to guide internal and external partners to achieve their desired results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail in own work, and the work of others.
  • Full knowledge of the most recent Adobe Creative Suites.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues in creative ways, think critically and make informed decisions.

  • Drive growth in new and innovative ways to help our clients deliver best-in-class content.
  • Build strong relationships internally and with clients & agencies, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and methods, staying ahead of the curve in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Graphic Design or related field, with 5-7 years of experience as a Production Artist in a fast-paced studio or agency. Excel and Smartsheet experience is also required.
