Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to lead financial projects from initiation to closure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management methodologies, with a strong background in managing complex technology, regulatory, or business transformation projects in the banking, fintech, or insurance sectors.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time while aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple concurrent financial services projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk registers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and report project status to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant financial regulations and internal audit requirements.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication across all project participants.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and support teams in adopting agile methodologies.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure lessons learned are documented and applied.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and regulations.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's /master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
