Research and Documentation Associate

This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from the field.

The Research and Documentation Associate will support technical experts by providing valuable insights that inform business decisions. This position emphasizes accurate documentation, visual mapping, and knowledge product development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and support field visits, surveys, meetings, and consultations.
  • Record stakeholder findings meticulously and present them in appropriate technical formats (maps, visualisations).
  • Assist in the development and drafting of value chain strategies and final reports, including supplementing deliverables with relevant visuals and photographs.

Requirements:

  • Masters/Diploma in Environmental Science, Forestry, NRM, or Business.
  • English & Hindi language proficiency.
  • 4 years of professional experience in sustainability, natural resources management, and communication; 2 years of experience in value chain promotion.

Desirable Skills and Competencies:

  • Advanced analytical, documentation, and visual presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and organisation abilities.
  • Fieldwork readiness and stakeholder engagement capacity.
