As a specialist in data integrity and policy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of organizational data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Design and advocate for opportunities to optimize scalability and automation
  • Manage and communicate projects from initiation to completion
  • Facilitate steady progress on ongoing initiatives
  • Provide regular updates and insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with downstream teams to assess impact and feasibility of proposed projects
  • Address complex, high-priority issues and escalate as needed
  • Develop and analyze reporting and data visualizations to monitor data accuracy
  • Evaluate mass data analysis and updates to enhance data integrity
  • Enforce data standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in data management and governance
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and lead project implementation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with Sales Operations and IT
  • Capacity to adapt to new tools, platforms, and business processes
  • Strong interest in data maintenance and governance best practices
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Organized and proactive approach to solving complex problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
  • Ability to manage escalations through established channels
  • Experience with Salesforce is required
  • Proficiency with Google Suite or similar platforms
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments
