Job Title: Data Engineer

Our company is seeking a highly skilled data engineer to fill this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Large-Scale Data Systems:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and PySpark.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement data solutions that meet those needs.
  • Work closely with the data architecture team to design and implement data warehousing solutions using Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks SQL.
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs using Flask or FastAPI and containerize them using Docker/Kubernetes.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Python, SQL, PySpark, Bash scripting, and ETL concepts.
  • Experience with data pipelines, structured/unstructured data, and Databricks (Delta Lake, Workflows, CLI, Job Clusters, Workspace).
  • Expertise in Cloud Data Warehousing (Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks SQL) and knowledge of ML lifecycle & libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Git, orchestration tools (Airflow/Prefect), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
