About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as a Platform Speed Planning Director. In this high-impact role, you will lead a strategic team responsible for shaping our network-wide inventory and fulfillment strategy.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will own the core processes for inventory placement and allocation, directly influencing delivery speed and optimizing holding costs across all Myntra nodes. You will design and deploy cutting-edge inventory models and controls that improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive speed and efficiency in our platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization and maximize inventory turns
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to address complex business challenges
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or operations with a Tier-1/2 MBA
  • Proven track record of driving speed and efficiency in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
