Expert SCM Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned consulting professional to lead our functional team. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality work products and implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

  • Provide expert-level solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
  • Operate independently to deliver complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment.
  • Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
  • Effectively consult with management of customer organizations and participate in business development activities.

The ideal candidate will have SCM functional expertise (Source – Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Approval Management AMX/BPM, Inventory Management, Order Management, Pricing, Sales and Service Contract, Install Base, Manufacturing, Planning).

A minimum of 3-4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience, is required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in conducting architecture, design, and solution workshops, conceptualizing and articulating integration designs, and conducting Conference Room Pilots.

A Bachelor of Engineering or master's degree in business administration (MBA) with 5 to 10 years of total experience in EBS or Cloud Application Implementations is required.

Excellent communication skills – written & verbal, mandatory – and good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders are essential.

The ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner, self-motivation with a lot of energy and drive, and a willingness to learn are also crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

SCM functional expertise (Source – Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Approval Management AMX/BPM, Inventory Management, Order Management, Pricing, Sales and Service Contract, Install Base, Manufacturing, Planning)
