We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Lead to spearhead our creative efforts in Mohali.
You will work closely with our social media team to bring innovative ideas to life across graphics, reels, and video content for personal brands and businesses.
- Design captivating social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and visuals that resonate with the audience's interests.
- Create engaging short-form video content using editing tools or AI software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Runway, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and experiment with formats that work – from minimalist posts to fast-paced reels.
We require someone with 6-24 months of experience designing content for social media, a solid grasp of Canva, Adobe tools, or any AI design/video tools, and a strong sense of layout, color, and typography.
- A proficient editor who can produce high-quality content efficiently.
- A passionate storyteller who understands what looks good on different platforms.
- A collaborative team player who can take feedback and also lead creative direction.
