From capturing raw emotions to building timeless visuals for modern brands — our work is creative, meaningful, and bold. And we're now looking for someone who can lead our design language across all platforms and mediums.

The Opportunity

- Own the Visual Language

You won't be executing someone else's vision. You'll be creating it — defining how Framed Memoirs, Productions, and Studio express themselves across every medium.

- Lead, Not Just Design

You'll guide a small team of 2–3 designers — helping them grow while ensuring that output matches your standards. You'll be in charge of both planning and execution.

- Create for Eyes That Matter

Our audiences are couples in love, luxury clients, fashion brands, architects, and interior designers. You'll be creating work that doesn't just look good — it leaves a mark.

- Multidisciplinary Exposure

From campaign design, social media, print, motion graphics, web banners, to even the branding for shoots and pitch decks — your canvas will be massive and diverse.

- Fast Track to Creative Leadership

This role isn't stagnant. We want someone who will grow into the Creative Lead or Art Director, someone who can sit at the decision table and shape visual strategy.

What You'll Own

As our Senior Graphic / Visual Designer, you'll be the visual custodian of all things Framed. This means:

Creative Direction

- Define and evolve the visual identity of all 3 brands
- Maintain design consistency across platforms, campaigns, and verticals
- Plan, delegate, and review the work of 2–3 in-house designers

Social Media Design

- Create scroll-stopping carousels, stories, thumbnails, and reels
- Collaborate with social media team to bring content calendars to life
- Infuse visual storytelling in every post to maximize engagement

Website + Digital Assets

- Periodically update and refresh the websites with relevant images, graphics, and banners
- Collaborate with developers to maintain brand tone visually across UI/UX
- Design pitch decks, lookbooks, and presentations that wow clients

Offline Design

- Oversee design for print collaterals, albums, gift cards, event invites, brochures, and merchandise
- Ensure all physical assets mirror the brand's personality

What You Bring

- A formal degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication
- 4–6 years of experience, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of composition, typography, visual balance, and colour theory
- Mastery in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma
- Experience designing for Instagram, Reels, YouTube Thumbnails, etc.
- Clear understanding of brand-building and adapting tone across multiple brands
- Bonus if you've worked in the wedding, fashion, or creative content industry
