Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage our ERP operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Farvision, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, supporting users, and contributing to process optimization.

The role involves managing day-to-day ERP operations, handling data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance. You will also be responsible for generating MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee ERP operations across modules.
  • Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues.
  • Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven hands-on experience in Farvision.
  • A good understanding of real estate / construction business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
