We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Onboarding Manager, where they will be responsible for leading customers through a structured onboarding process. This involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless start to their cybersecurity journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the onboarding journey and lead customers through a milestone-driven process
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, professional services, support, sales engineering, and customer success executives
  • Customer goal alignment and identifying key milestones
  • Risk and escalation management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer success, onboarding, or a related field within SaaS or technology companies. You should possess demonstrated project management skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a strong proactive problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated project management skills or familiarity managing complex onboarding projects
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience explaining complex software products
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity domain concepts such as identity access management and cloud platforms
  • Experience using customer success platforms
