Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Kitchen Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing customer interactions.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Deliver outstanding kitchen designs that meet and exceed customer expectations.\
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure timely project closures.\
  • Collaborate with architects and interior designers to drive sales and revenue growth.\
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Experience Delivery and Management

\
  • \
  • Work closely with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences.\
  • Guide customers on material, product, and accessory selection while ensuring timely design closures.\
  • Visit customers' homes for site job inspections.\

2. Achieving Business Volumes

\
  • \
  • Generate new business opportunities through relationship building with architects and interior designers.\
  • Create stunning kitchen designs using 3D software and AutoCAD.\
  • Ensure timely order booking and collections, close orders, and achieve desired sales targets.\

3. Relationship Management

\
  • \
  • Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with all stakeholders.\
  • Obtain completion certificates from customers.\
  • Conduct post-sales follow-ups and site visits for measurements.\

4. Compliance Management

  • Adhere to defined policies and procedures at all times.\
  • Be flexible and willing to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) if required.\

Required Qualifications:

\

Graduate in any discipline or degree/diploma in Interior Design/Bachelor's in Architecture.

\

Preferred Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Bachelor's in Architecture.

\

Essential Skills:

\

Auto CAD, SketchUp, MS Excel proficiently, with excellent creativity in designing and conceptualizing.
