Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ADAS Engineering Lead to oversee the design, development, and integration of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) components into OEM vehicle platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration, including sensors, cameras, radar, lidar, and control systems.
  • Manage technical risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Serve as the primary technical interface between the company and OEM customers for ADAS product development.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in ADAS development.
  • Ensure alignment between OEM requirements and internal engineering capabilities.
  • Drive program milestones, manage technical reviews, and lead discussions on system integration and validation processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ADAS technologies, including sensor systems, perception algorithms, and E/E architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in ADAS system design, integration, and validation, with a proven track record of working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Experience leading technical discussions, product integration, and system validation with OEMs, with a strong understanding of automotive communication protocols.
  • Proficiency in embedded systems, control systems, and vehicle integration, with a foundation in automotive engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
