Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead our team of developers in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development of large-scale software applications with 6-10 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Maintains expertise in Microsoft .NET, including C# and SQL Server, as well as proficiency in web development with ASP.NET, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
  • Familiarity with legacy development products such as ASP.NET MVC and VB.NET.
  • Understands financial markets and products, as well as knowledge of web services and automated testing tools.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a first-class bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record in delivering technology change on large-scale projects.
  • Possesses strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
  • A passion for creating innovative solutions for customers.
