As a seasoned specialist, you will drive product development and scale-up initiatives for our innovative organization in India. We seek an individual with expertise in creating high-performance polymer resins for applications in paints, construction, and other industrial sectors.

This role focuses on researching, planning, and developing formulations for emulsion polymerization reactions. You will be responsible for optimizing formulations to balance performance, innovation, and cost, while ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with both company and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Optimize Formulations: Balance performance, innovation, and cost to create high-quality polymer resins
  • Define Research Strategies: Align with company goals, market trends, and technological advancements
  • Evaluate Opportunities: Improve existing formulations to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness
  • Interact with Clients and Suppliers: Understand needs, present solutions, and establish strategic partnerships
  • Link Laboratory and Plant: Adapt laboratory formulations for industrial-scale production with adherence to quality standards
  • Communicate Progress: Maintain constant communication with international partners on R&D progress, challenges, and outcomes
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Establish R&D Infrastructure: Set up laboratory setup, process workflows, and standard testing protocols
