Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Student Advisor, who will play a key part in driving sales growth and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, with a focus on converting leads into sales.
  • Responsible for student admission and meeting targets, by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the application process.
  • Counselling and interacting with students and Parents to help them select the right course and meet application deadlines.
  • Assist students in obtaining necessary documentation needed for the application process, such as transcripts and certificates.
Requirements
  • Able to empathize with students and parents to build strong relationships through effective communication.
  • Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Hindi also desirable.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations and communicate effectively.
