Internal Audit Specialist

As a seasoned Risk and Controls professional, the candidate would be involved in conducting thorough business process reviews, designing and implementing effective processes, performing risk and control assessments, and executing Internal Audits to focus on key risk areas.

The ideal candidate should be able to contribute as a Leader in client service delivery for Business Process Re-engineering, Revenue Assurance Reviews, SOX compliance, or business process consulting. They should have strong analytical skills and be able to prepare detailed reports and recommendations.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing internal audit assignments for multiple clients
  • Preparing risk-based audit plans and scopes of work
  • Supporting team members in fieldwork and reviewing their work
  • Preparation and finalization of audit reports and presentations to senior management and the audit committee
  • Leading projects initiated within the team and providing training to new and existing team members

Requirements:
  • Ability to interact with all levels of client management
  • Flexibility and professionalism in managing deadlines and handling multiple assignments
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Adequate knowledge to perform technical reviews based on provided guidance

Educational Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree (PG): CA in any specialization, MBA/PGDM in any specialization
