Job Opportunity: Online Education Leadership

 

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to join our institution as the Dean/Head of Online Education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with expertise in online learning and curriculum development. They will be responsible for leading a team of educators and professionals to design and deliver high-quality online courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for online education, aligned with the institution's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of educators and professionals to design, develop, and deliver online courses and programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of online and offline educational experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in online education leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
