We are seeking a visionary educator to lead our students in their entrepreneurial journey. As an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship, you will inspire, mentor and guide students in developing innovative business ideas, creating start-ups and driving growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, practical industry experience and a deep understanding of innovation, start-ups and business model development.

As a member of our faculty, you will teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Entrepreneurship, Start-up Management, Innovation and related subjects. You will design and deliver curriculum that blends academic theory with real-world practice, mentoring and guiding students in developing business plans, incubation ideas and entrepreneurial ventures.

You will conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals, collaborate with entrepreneurship cells, incubation centers and external startup ecosystems. You will also organize guest lectures, seminars and workshops with industry leaders and entrepreneurs.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA / Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship / Management / Business Administration or relevant discipline from a recognized university. (NET/SET preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of teaching/research/industry experience.
  • Strong record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working with startups, incubators or innovation hubs.
  • Proven record of student mentoring and startup project guidance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to integrate technology and modern pedagogy in teaching.
