Global Design and Delivery Role

This is a high-level design and technical delivery position within a global office, embedded into a company's international delivery model.

  • Work under the guidance of senior architects/project leaders to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Participate in design development, BIM-based documentation, and construction detailing to ensure project success.
  • Support local and international projects across Europe and Latin America, collaborating with teams worldwide.
Job ResponsibilitiesFor Architects (5 to 8+ years post qualification experience)
  • Lead or contribute significantly to the planning, design, detailing, and documentation of architectural projects to meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with global teams using BIM/Revit platforms to ensure consistent design delivery and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian codes, local bylaws, and global best practices to minimize risks and errors.
  • Prepare design presentations, drawings, and reports for clients, participating in meetings and workshops.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee construction documentation and collaborate with contractors/consultants during execution phases to ensure timely completion.
For Architectural Technologists (Degree in Building Technology or related disciplines)
  • Specialize in construction detailing, technical documentation, and Revit-based workflows to support office standards and efficiency.
  • Work closely with architects to translate design concepts into accurate construction drawings, ensuring precision and clarity.
  • Develop BIM families, technical details, and Revit libraries to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Assist in specification writing, material research, and compliance with ISO19650 workflows to maintain high-quality outputs.
  • Ensure coordination between disciplines within the BIM model to prevent conflicts and errors.
For Architectural Assistants (B.Arch degree or equivalent / 0–4 years post qualification experience)
  • Support project teams with design iterations, modeling, drafting, and research to gain valuable experience and skills.
  • Gain exposure to all project stages from concept design through to construction documentation, learning from experienced professionals.
  • Learn global standards of presentation graphics, BIM workflows, and coordination tools to enhance your skillset.
  • Contribute to competition entries, reports, and design presentations under guidance, developing your creative and technical abilities.
Requirements
  • Must be an Indian resident available to work full-time on-site in Mumbai.
  • Florent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Available to join within three months of offer.
  • Proficiency in design software (Revit mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to operate effectively in a global studio environment.
