Job Title: Native AI Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to lead our Flutter app development.

This is an opportunity to build something from the ground up, working closely with product and design teams.

Your primary focus will be on creating a seamless user experience using Flutter.

You'll have the freedom to experiment and implement new ideas, leveraging AI tools to optimize your workflow.

We're looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.

  • Must have shipped at least one real app in Flutter (store or live demo)
  • Daily use of AI tools (like GPT, Cursor, Cody, etc.) to code, debug, and ship faster
  • Able to transform Figma designs into smooth UIs with a focus on UX polish
  • Experience with APIs, auth, and state management (any approach)
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues without relying on Jira tickets
