Identity Security Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Identity Security Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing robust Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions that meet the security needs of our organization while adhering to industry regulations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive MFA implementation projects from Cisco DUO and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring minimal disruption to services and user experience.
  • Serve as a technical expert on MFA technologies, particularly Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator. Provide guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to design MFA solutions that meet organizational security needs while complying with industry regulations.
  • Develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed in line with the organization's security framework.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the new system.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to track MFA usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding MFA effectiveness and potential improvements.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to identity and access management, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing remediation strategies.

Requirements:
