Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage quality assurance teams for large-scale e-commerce projects.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
  • Oversee quality processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations.
  • Perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and optimize bottlenecks.
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack.
  • Design and execute API testing workflows using Postman.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
  • Manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira (or similar tools).
  • Implement best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration (CI).
  • Mentor and train QA team members on tools, processes, and automation frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5–10 years of professional QA and automation experience, including team leadership.
  • Strong expertise in Magento (or similar e-commerce platforms with customized codebases).
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable QA results in automation and performance testing.
