Job Description:

Our company is seeking a Junior NOC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network operations and be able to troubleshoot technical issues.

\

As a Junior NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.

\

The role requires a proactive approach to network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

\
  • Experience: 1-3 years\
  • Qualifications: Bachelor in Engineering\
  • Technical Skills Required:\
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols.\
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.\
    • Experience in working at a leading A2P operator would be an advantage\
    • Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures\
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills\
    • Ability to work flexible hours\
    • Good written and verbal communication skills\
    • Advanced project management skills\
    • Ability to work well under pressure\
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills\
    • Fluency in English\
