Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Test Engineer in our organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in automation testing, functional testing, and test design principles.

They must also possess solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps CI/CD environments.

A good understanding of APIs and ability to automate using ACCELQ is highly desirable.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases, executing manual tests, collaborating with developers and product owners, and ensuring high reusability and maintainability of test scripts.

Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ACCELQ (Cloud version) for web applications.
  • Execute automated and manual tests to ensure application quality across functional, regression, and integration levels.
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to understand requirements and create test scenarios.
  • Maintain test scripts, debug failures, and ensure high reusability and maintainability.
  • Integrate automation test suites with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Provide test coverage reports, defect analysis, and root cause investigations.
  • Ensure automation best practices and contribute to QA strategy for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ACCELQ Web (Cloud) for automation.
  • Solid knowledge of automation frameworks and test design principles.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps CI/CD environments.
  • Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Knowledge of APIs and ability to automate using ACCELQ (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git.
