Trelleborg Sealing Solutions (TSS) is a world leader in engineered polymer solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Master Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, standards, and change management.

As a Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the integrity of master data, continuous improvement of master data quality, and activities related to business change projects. You will be the first-level global and local approver for material master change requests in MDG, responsible for mass creations, changes, and creation of B.O.M in SAP S/4 HANA.

Key responsibilities include interacting and resolving end-user change requests in Process Director tool within the defined SLA, leading time maintenance for Europe (SAP) and US (JDE), and monitoring open item creation requests in Process Director to resolve outstanding issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise business communications. You will also require knowledge of seals, hydraulic, cylinder application, and pneumatic systems, as well as rubber/plastic products.

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a reputable institute, 3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, and experience or knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Material Master (material creation, modification, plant & sales org extension in SAP S/4 HANA & MDG according to rules). Knowledge of ERP SAP S4 Hana & JD Edwards is also essential.

As a Master Data Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment, with the ability to work independently and initiate own tasks with input/guidance from manager. You will also have access to software knowledge, including MS Office programs, with a high level of knowledge in Excel.
