
Claim Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle claims and requests from various stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling cases and emails from stores and customer care centers
- Maintaining quality and turnaround time while meeting throughput requirements
- Processing manual pay outs, understanding sold-to and ship-to parties, creating sales orders, and coordinating with suppliers to cancel purchase orders
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating product flow within all parties involved
- Managing warehouse inventories and returns to stores
- Daily communication via email with all parties involved
- Ensuring requirements from business partners are fulfilled on time and in requested quality
- Investigating and fixing exceptions arising from systems
Additional responsibilities include:
- Basic understanding of inbound and outbound supply chain activities
- Experience with sales order fulfillment is an added advantage
- Coordination with different departments/units etc. - Inbound and Outbound side (Suppliers/Warehouse/Hubs/CCC /Logistics etc.)
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- SAP knowledge is preferred
Requirements include:
- Good understanding of claim processing and creation
- Dealing with suppliers, credit note handling, and investigation
- Follow up on credit notes and booking credit note creation
- Match RFC to credit and categorize items for refund
- Refund process for damaged products and fixit tickets
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Work from Office
