Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Coordinator to guide and support students through the process of studying abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster cross-functional relationships with various departments involved in international student recruitment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by handling student inquiries and providing professional guidance on admissions and visa processes.
  • Cultivate effective communication with prospective students to build understanding and trust throughout the application cycle.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Regularly update students on every stage of the process, ensuring seamless progression.
  • Accurately document communications via emails and internal systems, such as CRM.
  • Educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain office protocols, confidentiality, and decorum at all times.
  • Promptly report progress and issues to the Manager.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in academic advising, international education, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with global education systems, including UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
