CAD Technician

We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to support our design and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health services. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models, working closely with engineers, designers, and project teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a CAD Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring coordinated, detailed, and compliant documentation that supports efficient project delivery.

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems using AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM).
• Collaborate with MEP Engineers and Designers to translate design concepts into coordinated drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, building regulations, industry standards, and company protocols.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) and Revit MEP/BIM (preferred).
• Experience in preparing MEP drawings and understanding of building services design.
• Familiarity with British Standards, Building Regulations, and industry codes of practice.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
