Investment Portfolio Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the performance of various private equity funds. Key responsibilities include updating and managing portfolio details, generating investor-specific quarterly reporting templates, analyzing fund performance, evaluating fund valuation data, tracking operational KPIs, creating or updating fund track records, reconciling data using cash flow notices, calculating fund multiples and IRRs, and coordinating with different teams to obtain accurate information.

Skill and Experience Requirements:
  • Post-graduate qualification or a relevant professional certification.
  • 1-10 years of experience in financial services, preferably with management reporting or operational finance experience, and some research experience.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like E-front, Power BI, and Microsoft Access is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently, paying close attention to detail, and producing high-quality work products.
  • Experience working independently, identifying ways to enhance processes, procedures, or outcomes that benefit the organization.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail simultaneously.
  • Show initiative, willingness to learn, and take on additional responsibilities as a contributing team member.
  • Knowledgeable about MS Office, with strong skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
