Global Operations Coordinator

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our global network. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate scheduling across our global network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements.
  • Partnership Management: Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting and managing partnerships.
  • Network Monitoring: Monitor the utilization of our global network and recommend adjustments or expansions based on demand.
  • Invoice Management: Manage accurate submission of invoices, verifying exam volumes and facilitating timely payments.
  • Event Management: Coordinate with internal teams to manage unforeseen events ensuring minimum impact on candidates and stakeholders.
  • CCTV Oversight: Oversee CCTV monitoring to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Change Management: Handle requests regarding changes in setup or personnel, directing them to the appropriate teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Proactively identify and communicate quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement to relevant teams.
  • Site Visits: Conduct visits to assess operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and provide on-site support for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment would be considered a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, excellent command of the English Language (Level C2), advanced computer literacy, clear and effective communication skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, experience in liaising with multiple teams and departments, strong focus on compliance.
