We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technical Specialist. In this role, you will provide 24x7 and On-call Support on Production services Service Transition and acceptance.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition from development to production. You will assist with daily production Online and Mobile Banking alert triage investigation and provide solution or work-around for business.

About This Role:
  • Provide 24x7 and On-call Support on Production services Service Transition and acceptance
  • Co-ordinate implementation activities for smooth transition from development to production
  • Assist on daily production Online and Mobile Banking alert triage investigation and provide solution or work-around for business
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support high-level Web-based applications within the Banking domain
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  3. Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation
  5. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have solid understanding of multi-tier architecture and web-based application support
  • Experience in Mobile SRE support activities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Java J2EE Microservices Applications and industry-standard Front-end Application Servers
  • Hands-on experience with UNIX Python based automation is a plus
  • Familiarity with Industry-standard Application Performance Monitoring Tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Previous experience in Cloud migration and knowledge of Oracle database MQ TCP IP Networks Webservers Data Centre
