Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle APPS specialist to provide support and assistance to users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the team to document problems and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Oracle APPS modules, assisting users with inquiries and issues.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle applications in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to document problems and solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Oracle applications and database concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Oracle APPS or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL.
