Job Title: Finance Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS and experience in implementing financial solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding client business processes and mapping them to Oracle EBS. This involves collaborating with the technical architect to suggest solutions, supporting users by resolving issues, managing feature backlogs, and ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate or lead requirement study in detail
  • Prepare As-Is process documents and obtain sign-off from clients
  • Map requirements to Application processes
  • Prepare To-Be Process documents and obtain sign-off from clients
  • Set up Conference Room Pilot environments
  • Conduct testing, unit testing, and integration testing. Prepare test scripts
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedure manuals
  • Test customizations (Forms, Interfaces and Reports)
  • Set up User Acceptance Testing environments
  • Assist users in UAT and resolve UAT issues
  • Set up Production Instances
  • Assist developers for data migration
  • Provide post-live support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle R12, particularly in implementation of GL/AP/AR and FA modules, India GST, and EBTAX
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Good experience in migrations
  • Experience working in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps)
  • Team player with strong stakeholder relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and across time zones
  • Good self-management skills and stress resilience
