Job Title: Finance Oracle EBS Technical Lead

We seek a seasoned finance technology expert to support ongoing operations of our Oracle EBS 12.2.3 platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EBS finance modules, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and cash management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects across levels two and three within service level agreement timelines.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring and critical incidents.
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and support guides.
  • Participate in change advisory board meetings and follow change control processes.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore resources for seamless issue management.
