We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our team.
Job OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to become an integral member of our rapidly growing business.
The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, can leverage their current skill set to work closely with both our internal team and external clients, and execute and quickly deliver a comprehensive financial analysis of a potential acquisition target.
They should be persistent self-starters that get excited about working with a diverse set of growing businesses, embracing ambiguity, meticulous about details, and consistent performers.
About the Role- Evaluate and validate existing accounting data associated with the target client.
- Compile comprehensive data books to reveal risks and accounting adjustments associated with the acquisition.
- Communicate directly with the target company during the diligence process.
- Presents results and findings directly with our clients.
A key requirement for this role is a deep understanding of the core financial statements as well as key journal entries associated with ongoing monthly operations.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, be fluent in MS Excel, and be willing to utilize and learn other software and technology.
We maintain a hybrid and flexible work model that balances remote work with in-person collaboration from our office.
