Leadership Opportunity

We seek a skilled Senior PR Manager to drive our public relations efforts forward. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building compelling brand narratives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies that drive impactful results under tight timelines and constraints. They will be adept at fostering strong relationships with media professionals across various beats and effectively managing press relations for high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end PR strategies that deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Secure high-quality coverage in top-tier publications through strategic partnerships.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with journalists, editors, and media owners across policy, business, and impact beats.
  • Effectively manage press relations for high-stakes projects, particularly those involving government stakeholders or compliance-heavy environments.
  • Craft and communicate compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience in PR/communications, preferably from boutique firms or independent consulting.
  • A proven history of securing editorials and high-quality coverage with limited resources.
  • Experience handling government projects or public policy communication.
  • Strong media connections and a respected reputation within the industry.
  • A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to think critically, work under pressure, and deliver results without constant supervision.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in sustainability, cleantech, policy, or ESG fields.
  • Proficiency in storytelling, scripting, or packaging complex messages for broad audiences.
