Transfer Pricing Expert

Seeking an accomplished professional to lead transfer pricing projects with 2-3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct transfer pricing projects under established processes.
  • Develop and mentor junior team members on transfer pricing matters.
  • Identify international transactions, draft FAR analysis, and conduct benchmarking studies.
  • Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation and study reports.
  • Possess expertise in tax litigation, interpreting case law, and presenting arguments before regulatory bodies.
  • Support the tax team during audits by filing relevant forms and ensuring compliance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting using MS Word and Excel.
  • Expertise in analyzing data from benchmarking tools like Prowess, TP Catalyst, and Orbis.
  • Hold a CA, CA (Inter), MBA, L.L.B, or M.Com degree with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A proactive approach and interest in contributing to business growth.
  • Capability to lead seminars and conduct sessions across diverse teams and client groups.
